This beer starts off pleasant enough with notes of honey, orange and loads of coriander seeds. Then it really takes off upon tasting, with a very refreshing taste of coriander and citrus reaching all the way down your throat. Very nice.

Pours gold with a quickly fading head.Nose shows soap, ham, citrus peel and doughy wheat. Refreshing but too soapy.Very similar flavours; soapy, orange peel and too much herbal coriander. Body feels watery, too much carbonation.

Bottle. Cloudy pale yellowish orange with a white head that soon disappears. Aroma of oranges, lemon, vanilla, coriander seed. A little watery. Slightly sweet, wheaty, quite pungent spices. I would have liked a bit more citrus character. Refreshing; a pretty typical Wit.

From a 330ml bottle on 14/11/2011. Pours a pale yellow with a medium head that disappears almost instantly. Has a decent aroma some citrus, banana, bubblegum and spices. It has a really curious sweet flavour at the back (possibly it’s the cardamom) after starting out with some fairly typical banana, lemon, wheat and spicy stuff. It grew on me a bit by the end of the bottle.
