Bottle. Dark brown with an instantly vanishing head. Aroma of aniseed, orange peel, nutmeg, dark sugars . Taste is sweet with dark sugar, balsamic vinegar, aniseed, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla. Bitterness with something leafy and peppery at the end as well as woody spices. Spices dominate and to me are a bit overcomplicated.
