Bottle, around 14C. Cloudy brown with a light beige head. Subdued aroma of dried and stewed fruits, dough, oranges, herbs. Taste is briefly sweet with dark fruit and sugars, rapidly overtaken by herbal bitterness. After a few sips, the yeast and fruits emerge again. Some hard spices (cassia?) and hints of plummy sourness. Dry and (maybe a bit too) bitter at the end. Pretty good and full of character.
