Bottled 330 ml at Redoak Boutique Beer Cafe, Sydney, on July 11, 2013.Clear pale golden color, white head. Light acidic, citrussy, berry taste, some wheat dough. Wheat dough, compost, fruity scent. Fizzy mouthfeel, very low bitterness.

Bottle. Very pale clear yellow gold with a large lasting white head. High bead. Aroma has mild horsey funk, citrus, vanilla. Taste has modest tartness; it’s austere and wheaty. Very dry. Creamy and lactic mouthfeel is very extra brut Champagne before the mousse disappears. Modest but lingering sourness is just about enough but nobody would want syrup. Good aperitif.
