Bottle, 12.4% ABV. Bright clear gold. Still. Aroma has sweet and tart apples, floral honey, vanilla. Taste is mildly astringent over subdued sweetness. Woody finish. So much depth in the apples without being that sweet or rich. Alcohol not prominent, but it drinks like a wine. Good.
