Bottle. Gold with a huge white head. High bead - a bit over the top really. Aroma is very fruity - pears, apricots, lemon pudding - with some honey, earth and butterscotch. The sweet things show up in the taste too, but the malt side is not all that sweet. Drying finish hasn’t enough bitterness to my taste.

From a 330ml bottle on 15/7/2010. There are herbs, grass and bread and a touch of honey in the aroma. More herbal notes are evident when it hits the mouth, with a long, firm hoppy finish setting off the honeyed sweetness at the start. This is a pretty good pilsener.

Pours golden with a small, white, quickly fading head.Nose shows some grassy noble hops, with subtle caramel and bready malt in the background.Flavours are pretty much the same: subtle noble hops with bready and grainy malt. Too highly carbonated.
