From a 330ml bottle on 25/6/2012. Pours a murky amber with the tiniest head which disappears almost immediately. Has a slight fruity, yeasty aroma. The flavour is primarily citrus and stone fruit with some more yeasty notes. Finishes with a medium bitterness. The carbonation is a touch high. Has a bit of a home brew feel to it. This is okay but there are plenty of better Australian pales out there.

Bottle, 10C. Pours light amber with a large beige head that subsides a fair bit. High bead. Sweet malty nose with a whiff of pretty stylish hops - there’s grass, grapefruit, flowers and pine. A bit of metal, too. The taste is rather more towards the sweet end - it’s got caramel and some hard-to-pick fruit (rockmelon?), but there are still some tasty hops there. Pretty good.

Slightly hazy amber pour with a lasting, inch-high white head.Aroma is exceptionally sweet - both in fruity hops and malt. Lots of caramel, light brown sugar, passion fruit, confectionery, pear, etc, etc. Definitely a sweet-tooths beer. Or a sweet-nose’s beer, rather.Strong malt sweetness carries through in the taste, but with less fruit. Mild bitterness partially balances the beer. Still, way over the top in the malt department!Body is a bit watery, and I would have like more carbonation to dry things out.
