Bottle. Gold with fading white head. Hay malts and floral and citrus hops on the nose. Clean, slightly bitter finish. This is a weird beer. I disliked it the first time I had it because I was expecting some sort of pale ale. I see it’s listed here as gold/ blond. But it comes across as a pils with some wit characteristics. Once my confounded expectations were adjusted, I quite liked it.

Bottle. Clear pale gold, no head. Good aroma, mainly hops with some sweetish toffee and maybe vanilla. Light boidy and light fine carbonation. The flavour is not intense but has a reasonable balance between slight sweetness from decent malt and bitterness from the hops. The bitterness seems to have two components, one very pleasant and another which israther harsh and metallic. A decent easily drinkable decent.

Draught at St Arnou Beer Bar, Melbourne. Golden colour, clear, small head. Rich peachy hop aroma. Sweet with clean, rounded mouthfeel. Nicely aromatic and well balanced with dryish grassy finish holding medium bitterness. Elegant.
