Orangey appearence with a light head, slight carbonation. Some citrus, grapefruit with light biscuity malt, and good bitterness in the finish.

Bottled 33 cl at Kerbside, Brisbane, on July 20, 2013.Hazy copper color, white head. Bitter, herbal, hoppy, fruity, berry taste. Berry, bitter aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, medium high bitterness. Sweet, hoppy scent.

This APA bordering on an IPA has an aroma of grapefruit, tangerine and popcorn with a little honey riding shotgun. It’s a lovely mélange of flavours. The taste is a little more basic, with a strong grapefruit flavour coming through on a slightly thin palate. A very pleasant Summer beer.

From a 330ml bottle on 24/5/2010. Has quite a powerful fruity, floral nose. The flavour is a bit more subdued - it has a pleasant fruity sweetness, and a moderate but lasting hop finish, .which almost tastes a little wine like. A solid, if not spectacular, APA

Pours dark amber with a lovely creamy head.Nose shows simcoe-style resin and pine with lots of caramell and nutty malt underneath. Very nice.Flavours include more nutty and caramel malt before a strong, resinous, aggressive bitterness takes over.Lovely creamy carbonation, if perhaps a bit strong.

Light body. Little backbone. Lots of hops, lots of bitterness. Straight forward. OK

Careless pour led to heaps of floaties. Amber with tight white head. Nice floral and citrus nose. Medium bodied with fruity malts. What hop bitterness there is is nice, but it’s very light-on for bitterness for something that is supposed to be an APA. Still, I liked the very bottled-conditioned liveliness of this.

Had this on tap at LambsgoBar in Fitzroy. Quite a surprise. Smooth in the mouth, with definite citrus bent. Is on the flat side but gos down well.
