'Bottle from the advent box. Amber, very slightly unclear. An off white head that lasts all the way. Aroma of citrus, grass, bread, peach. Complex citrus things here: marmalade-like yuzu peel, orange leaves, blossoms, more. Certainly can''t pick where the fruit stops and the hops and Brett start. Starts with a punch of bittersweet caramelised citrus then backs away to be quite light bodied. Gentle peachy and citrus notes before a finish that leans towards dry and moderately bitter. Excellent.'
