Rich roasted caramel flavours. This stout is warm and full-bodied.

If I had any standards I'd stop drinking this and chuck it out. The main aromas are overripe fruit and cheese. It's not much different on tasting. What can I find to fix this taste?

From a 650ml bottle on 28/9/2019. Pours a deep brown with a medium head. A a sharpish dark fruit nose, which hints at a sour. Really doesn't present much like a stout flavour wise either. It does have some dark fruit in terms of prunes and raisins, with a hint of chocolate, and a slightly tart sour bitterness, with a slightly fremented/infected vibe. It's actually not as horrific as it sounds, but it's definitely very odd and smacks of home brew. Medium bodied and slightly over carbed. A truly weird (and not good) beer.

Can, date illegible. Dark brown with a pale beige head that lasts well. 3+ Aroma of dark sugars and dried fruit, grape soda. Lightish bodied. Sweet. Prunes, raisins, cranberries means there's a lean towards dry and astringent at the end. Weird. Presumably not as intended.
