Belgian Blonde IPA
Turf war of east meets west on this one and you can decide who wins! Traditional Belgian yeast used with a mixture of Nobel hops and U.S West Coast fruit. It is the best of both worlds!

(Can) Pours clear golden with big white head. Belgian yeast aroma with nice peppery notes. Full bodied with mouth filling soft carbonation. Good taste with an interesting combination of styles. Predominantly Belgian especially at the start with some hoppy bitter growing through the palate. The somewhat aggressive peppery and bitter notes rather dominate. There are some biscuity malt and banana notes in the background. Enjoyable, unusual but maybe a bit unbalanced.

Can from brewery. Gold. Cloves and banana aroma. The Belgian vibe is strong with this one, but I reckon you can suck the milkshake bois into this being a banana bubblegum fest and they'd go all giddy with excitement too.

Growler. Unclear amber with a fine off white head. Aroma of oranges, dough, cloves. Sweet with a spicy bitter end, some alcohol. Dough, cloves, some grapes and dried fruit. For me wanted a lighter palate and more hop aromatics or a more involving malt/ yeast interplay.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces. Aroma has Belgian yeast, earthy citrus, dates and a biscuit note underlying. Flavor has biscuit and sweet grains with Belgian yeast, dates and a touch of citrus.
