Pours black with a large light tan head.Nose shows unmistakable yuzu followed by roasted malt. An odd combination but exactly what you'd expect from the name.Flavours include more yuzu along with roasty malt, bready and nutty notes, a bit of banana-like esters.

Bottle. Almost black with a beige head that fades to a fat coat. 3+ Roasty aroma under quite punchy floral citrus - I probably would have guessed grapefruit. Some toffee and chocolate. And that's pretty much how the taste goes too - light roast, toffee, chocolate, orange/ grapefruit oily edge. It's straightforward but works fine, with an elan I haven't seen from them before.
