Fles op vakantie in Luxemburg geprobeerd met Inoven. Het is een troebel goudgeel bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een aroma van rum. De smaak is vol ruk achtig, kruidig en geber achtig.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is ripe fruits, vanilla, yeast, ripe orange, boozy notes of rhum, malt, orange peel, hint of banana. Flavour is medium sweet and light bitter. Body is above medium. Nicely rich Tripel with a fun Rhum influence on the beer, vanilla and sugary fruits.

Bottle. Color: Clear golden, white head. Aroma: Malty, yeasty notes, subtle Rum and stone fruit. Taste: Malty, Belgian yeast, well balanced sweetish and bit boozy BA Rum notes. Spicy notes. Subtle fruity notes of stone fruit. Over moderate sweet, light to moderate bitterness. Just over medium body, just below average carbonation. Another nice BA beer from Minne.

My 33 bottle came by way of Belgium Happiness. I pulled out a snifter obtained from an Austin brewery for the sampling, just seems to be right this evening. I see a semi-clear, orange-yellow liquid topped by an impressive head of off-white foam that assuredly laces . The vigorous carbonation is notable. I call the scent pleasant with lots of ripe yellow fruit, yeast and grain. The taste is only an improvement. I get nectarines, crackers, honey, hard candy and some yeastiness working its way through. I like the depth the alcohol provides, quite a full sensation. It's hard to call a tripel chewy but this beer comes close. Enjoyable entry in one of my favorite styles.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Deep golden colour, small white head. Aroma is bready, some toasted tones with mild herbal, earthy and some meaty tones. Flavour is fruity, floral, some toasted, mild meaty and rhum like tones with mild nectary sweetness in the finish.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Clerar deep golden, mid sized head. Aroma or rum, marzipan and elderflowers. Sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Dominated by marzipan and rum, some spun sugar and warming alcohol.
