Tap. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is apricots, vineous, jammy, light funk. Taste is vineous, apricots, quite woody, some tannins in the back. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Very nice!

Clear peach orange coloured beer, no head. Aroma: very nice, good brett notes, very fruity, lovely, peaches, apricots, love it! MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: nice acidity, fruity, peaches, nectarines, clear acidity, soft bitterness. Aftertaste: pretty dry, nice acidity, pretty fruity, lovely one!

Draft @ XII Fira Jafre. Dorée/paille, col fin blanc. Arôme d'abricot assez présent bien fermentés et frais, le tout plus sur un effet d'abricot secs, petite effluve de barrique en rétro sans avoir le bouquet trop couvert par les notes de brett. Palais est léger, frais et plaisant, fine note aigre et critique, barrique, léger boisé et abricot - petite touche boisée rappelant un léger vin blanc- l'abricot apporte aussi un côté plus épais en bouche ce qui donne un fini plus onctueux qui tranche bien avec le caractère 'sour' de la bière.
