Bouteille 33cl achetée au Salon Suisse des Goûts et Terroirs à Bulles, BB 12/03/2019. Brune, col fin blanc-cassé. Arôme est finement malté, caramel, grillé avec un léger rétro houblonné apportant de fines effluves de citronné. Palais est malté grillé, pointe de café, impression de malt cristal, caramel et une petite pointe de fumé sur la fin. Houblonné noble qui apporte une fine amertume citronnée voir mentholée et balance le côté malté.
