"Ma Biche" (dt. "meine Hirschkuh", umgangsprachlich "Schätzeli") besticht durch seine honiggoldene Färbung, eine sehr feinporige Schaumkrone und den Duft nach reifen Bananen. Dem kraftvollen Antrunk folgen eine schöne Malzsüße sowie fruchtige Eindrücke, die den vollmundigen Biergenuss gekonnt abrunden. In Verbindung mit dem höheren Alkoholanteil hält es wahre Geschmacksexplosionen bereit.

Second round and it is for me a good surprise, a classical hefe-weizen, in a country where the lager and the ipa are more common. This one is floral, aromatic, smooth, notes of wheat, cloves and banana, 14.07.21, at Epalinges, purchased at Freiburg.

Bouteille 33cl achetée au Salon Suisse des Goûts et Terroirs à Bulles, BB 11/04/2019. Dorée sur léger trouble, col blanc épais. Arôme au bouquet ester levure, pointe de banane sur fine épice, léger rétro de grains, houblonné noble, le tout est classique. Palais est allemand dans l'approche levure, qcq esters - banane, retrouve une petite note épicée - épaisseur de grains - le tt reste très léger en bouche et pourrait avoir un peu plus apport des houblons.
