Bouteille 33cl, BB 04/2018. Paille, dorée, col fin blanc. Arôme de pomme, granny smith, effet bio frais, pointe de citronné en rétro et léger bouquet herbacé. Palais est léger, belle effervescence, un peu râpeux sur la fin sur un fini légèrement doux, pointe d'acidité, citron vert, sur une sécheresse de bouche marquée.
