In my opinion, it is a correct lager and what a lager should have to be malty, bready, hop and a bit watery, nice brown color, 18.04.17, at Porsel with Johana.

Appearance: Orange golden, slight haze. Small, off-white head. Aroma: Fruit, pale malt, sweetness. Taste: Light malt, slight hops. Some sweetness, honey? Good balance. Bought: Manor (Fribourg), 330 ml, CHF 3.30 Info: 21/9-2019, BB: 5/12-2019

Bouteille 33cl buvette Hauta-Chia BB 01/10/2017. Dorée, léger orange, col blanc. Arôme est houblonné virant sur le noble avec un léger renfort d’effluves de grains, malt pils et léger pâle. Palais est léger axé sur un malt pils frais offrant un bel aspect organique. Pointe d’amertume houblonné restant sur une teneur noble - léger fleuri. Simple, efficace restant cependant dans une lignée très classique. Cool pour une pause en montagne.
