Aroma of citrus, fruits, yeast, herbs, peppery notes. Flavour is fruity and herbal, with a dry and light to moderate bitter finish. Curious brew, the herbal notes were quite unexpected for me.

Bottle 0,33ltr: Hazy golden colored brew with an dry and sweet bitter taste, much citrus hints with some slightly spices. Too dry for an saison and too sweet for an I.P.A., new hybrid style perheps?

Pretty decently solid. Light, but simple smooth and clean. Just a light straightforward to style version. Well made. Bierkonig ams

330 ml bottle, received from Vinmonopolet (Nettbutikken) appr. 1 year after BB date (23/07/16). ABV is 6.1%, 53 IBU. Slightly hazy golden colour, moderate white head. Aroma of fruity, floral and spicy hops (Sladek), also notes of Szechuan pepper. Distinctly peppery and slightly dry flavour, notes of spicy saison yeast and herbal / spicy hops. Tastes a bit "off" in the finish. Probably better when fresher.

On tap at Kaapse Brouwers, Rotterdam, Holland. A golden coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Yeasty, fruity, spice aroma/taste. Typical Belgian style saison. OK.

Keg at the brewery Rotterdam. A mostly clear mid golden coloured pour with a fading halo of white head. Aroma is peppery, lavender, cedar,. Flavour is composed of Base malts, mellow saison yeast, clove, pepper, paaltd is semi crisp, highish carbonation. Basic.

Taster courtesy of Sander, big thanks. orange clear color, small white head. smells belgian yeasty, flowery, herbal, thyme, bit peppery. nice smell. medium body, soft carbonation. tastes belgian yeast, herbs, thyme, flowery, hints of honey, peppery, grassy. finishes light to medium dry and a bit bitter with notes of flowers, honey and some herbal notes. quite nice one, good to drink, not the most complex, but enjoyable.
