Bouteille 50cl au Pivo & Burger Fest Oct’16, Ljubljana. Dorée,-orange léger sans offrir le truble et voila habituel d’une Heffe, col blanc. Le tout présente un léger côté d’etser tout en ayant un caractère léger de phenols. Retrouve un léger côté de banane et qcq épices. Le tout est cependant un peu faible pour enfaire une bonen Heffe, et le brasseur a étét honête que pour le dire, et ne pas mettre cette bière en vente.

Bottle, 500 ml, courtesy of Miro B. Shared with him and JFK10000. Cloudy yellow, white head. Malty, yeasty, spices, fruit, bananas. Light to medium bodied. Tastes a bit like wit.

Bottled at Sir William’s, Ljubljana. Cloudy deep golden, rich firm head. Phenolic nose with some banana and citrus, lots of cloves. Mid dry with medium body and rounded, spritzy mouthfeel. Juicy and grainy, cloves and notes of bubblegum. Fairly low bitterness. Nice summer beer!

Bottle, 0.50l, shared with Tomaz. Pours hazy amber orange color with thick soapy off-white head and average sparkling appearance. Aroma is weak, but still noticable wheat, clove and banana. Tastes like hefeweizen diluted with lots of water. Light body, thin texture and soft carbonation in palate. Almost tasteless, strange for hefeweizen...

Bottled 500ml. -at Caffe Petkovšek Ljubljana. Cloudy orange/golden coloured, medium sized white head, slightly perfumed mild herbal nose. Moderate malty, yeasty, mild fruity and spicy hoppy with mild yeasty finish. Refreshing and easy-drinkable weizen.

Pours a hazy orangey golden color, topped with lots of fluffy white head that settles down relatively quick. Quite strong aroma - bananas with strong cloves, some other spices too. Slight fruity notes, some yeast. Later on only spices are left. Taste is sweet, mildly, some fruity notes and a gentle sourness. Mild but noticeable bitterness. Very light body, easily drinkable.
