Bottled. Pretty much black colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is vanilla, mild roasted and chocolaty notes with some mild nutty and ripe fruity tones to it as well. Flavour is roasted malts, vanilla, some liquorice, chocolate, mild nutty notes as well as some slight syrup and a nice bitter grassy kick in the finish.

Bottle. Black colour with ruby reflexes, beige head that disappears after a while, decent lacing. Aroma is vanilla, roasted. Light bitterness. Medium body, medium bitterness. Pleasant, but not very intensive for a robust porter. Not worth its price in Europe.

Bottle: Very deep amber coloured with a reddish sheen, small but lasting creamy off-white head; bitter-sweet toasty, caramelly and chocolatey nose, hops and mineralic spots in the second row; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied and pretty soft ; lingering bitter-sweet toasty and coffeeish finish with kind of artificial vanilla aromas. Not bad, too vanilla-flavoured...
