bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma bianco sporco fine media persistenza, colore ambrato carico velato, al naso malto lievito tipico dello stile frutta matura note resinose e terrose, in bocca malto frutta matura, corpo rotondo, carbonazione moderata, oily, dolce con amaro accentuato. Una buona Steam, mi piace. c. Cantina della birra 24.07.20

Bottle at OltremaltO, Ancona. Pours hazy amber with a small lasting off-white head. Aroma of hop, yeast, malt, fruit, grass and toffee. Medium plus sweetness, light bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation.

Bottle @ OltremaltO, Ancona. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are fruits, flowers, caramel, toffee, malt and hops. Sweet finish.

bottle bbe 9/17 leggero ambrato velato buina schiuma piuttosto persistente buone note maltate ed erbacee discreto corpo discreto amaro un po terroso

Draft @ Barborteur Beerdays #1, 14.5.2016. Léger orangé, col fin blanc-cassé. Arôme est léger malté two-row, note de crystal ou Munich, CA lager levure avec une petite note de fruits rouges en rétro. Palais est léger malté, crystal et pâle, avec encore un petite côté de baies rouges. Levure lager persiste en fin de bouche, le tout semble avoir une note fine de dms yaourt avec une touche épicée sur la fin assez frais, houblonné de Northern Brewer qui laisse une note de menthe sur la fin?
