Bottle @ Saturday night tasting - The Stein & Vine. Thanks Tchaos. Pâle-doré, fine effervescence. Arôme d’ananas en retrait avec ce bouquet assez organique de miel. Le tout restant assez traditionnel. Palais est épais-cloying, alcool perce bien avec une impression médicinale venant des houblons. Effervescence reste légère pour un fini sec. Encore un hydromel qui passe bien avec l’usage des houblons.
