Tap at cigar city cider and mead ybor city. A very pale petrol coloured pour with no head. Aroma is subdued, white sugars, honey, alcohol. Flavour is composed of pear, alcohol, woody notes, bark, vanilla ok. Some warming alcohol Palate is oily, semi sweet, ok. No carbonation.

Bottle courtesy of Biggsbowler. Pours clear greenish pale golden without leaving any legs on the glass. Smell is herbal and floral with floral honey, vanilla, minerals, pollen and lemon peal. Taste is slightly sweet, very tiny sour, floral and herbal. Mouthfeel is soft, tiny oily, slightly watery and light to medium bodied. Finish is slightly sweet with honey, pollen, vanilla and minerals. Solid sessionable mead. Needs some company but not completely sure what to pair it with.

Bottle - no label taken - Pours white. Nose/taste of vanilla and honey - light bodied.

Draft sample @ CCB Cider and mead. Pâle. Arôme est plein de vanille, rétro fleuri modéré et mielleux. Palais est doux avec pas ma de vanille presque rien de miel, retrouve une sorte de pulpe de flocons de noix e coco avec une douceur en fin de bouche organique mielleuse.
