Draft sample @ Warszawski Festiwal Piwa 2015. Huge thanks to Lukasz and the brewer for opening this rare gem. Brune foncée, peu de col. Arôme est malté sur une fine note de soja, fruité noir léger en apport de brett. Léger rétro vineux tirant sur un Sherry. Palais offre une palette intéressante de brett, malté, fruité noir avec un petit côté Sherry, pour un effervescence moyenne-faible. Pointe épicée avec un malté chocolaté et caramel, fini sec, terreux et accompagné d’un léger profil aigrelet, brett? Garde une petite fin rappelant le vin cuit mélangé à cette présence de soja mais en positif pour cette bière.

Strong berry elderflowerish aroma, it dominates the taste as well. Also strong funky bubblegumish element. Very good.

Tap at Beer Geek madness 2. Very dark brown color with medium off-white head. Tart aroma with coffee, roasted malt. Tart fruity taste with roasted malt, coffee spices. Very good.

Tap (BGM 2). W tym piwie piwowar mocno puscil wodze fantazji krzyzujac RIS’a z kwachem. Wyszla wybuchowa mieszanka, ktora bedzie budzic skrajnosci. Zaczynajac od barwy jest przyjemnie, niemal czarna, piana bezowa, slaba ale przy kwachu to nie dziwi. Aromat jest zdecydowanie kwaskowy, wisniowy i tlumi nuty palone. Smak idzie ta sama utarta sciezka. Jest duzo kwasnosci, wisni i gdzies daleko delikatne nuty palone. Posmak calkiem przyjemny slodko-kwaskowy. Ogolnie zdecydowana przewaga kwacha, ktorego fanem nie jestem ale plus za odwazny projekt. Na pewno znajdzie swoich odbiorcow.
