Draft sample @ Warszawski Festiwal Piwa 2015. Cuivrée trouble, col blanc-cassé. Arôme fruité de cerise, pointe de suret, brett et funk, léger malt pils et fin caramel. Palais offre un léger profil cerise suret surtout au niveau des bretts ajoutés et peu en provenance du fruité à proprement parlé. Fini est râpeux avec une pointe malté pâle. Bière étant dans le style Flanders Red par le brasseur, ici je ne retrouve pas vraiment le style.

Tap at Beer Geek madness 2. Dark orange brown color with medium off-white head. Tart aroma of cherries, stones. Tart taste of cherries stones, marzipan which ends with fruity sweetness. Nice one.

Tap (BGM 2). Barwa czerwono-miedziana, piana zoltawa, srednia. Aromat slodki, wisniowy, delikatnie winny. Smak odzwierciedla aromat. Kwaskowo-slodki posmak. Wszystko ladnie zbalansowane choc troche za slodkie, pije sie w miare przyjemnie ale jako ze nie jestem amatorem kwacha do mnie srednio przemawia.

Strong bretty bubblegumy aroma, also fruity, cherry, light vanilla ice cream. Taste goes in the same direction. Well balanced, moderate sourness.

From tap. Pours hazy red to purple. Aroma is cherry fruity. Medium dry, fat cherry and mild sweet citric. Lingering fruity and light citric finish.
