Keg at the brewery, Bologna. A clouded yellow golden coloured pour with a lasting fine white head. Aroma is soft berry fruits, apricot, tangerine, peach, wheat. Flavour is composed of raw wheaty grains, mixed tropical fruits, apricot, orange, peach, some jammy fruits. Palate is frothy carbonation, sprity, semi sweet. Good nicely balanced.

Draft @ Birra Cerqua, Bologna 16/10/2014 visit. Dorée sur léger trouble, col blanc-cassé crémeux. Arôme offre un bouquet houblonné agréable sur un léger résineux et un rétro-nasal légèrement épicé de seigle. Palais est malté, sec et farineux, pointe d’épice venant du seigle et une petiote touche fruitée des houblons tirant sur le tropical. Rappel de Chinook, Nugget. Fleuri et léger résineux. Petite rondeur sucrée sur la fin mais qui laisse ample place aux houblons.
