Tap at Birra Cerqua. Very smoky aroma. Clingy, tar like porter but quite well balanced.

Draft @ Al Gobelet, Modena. Sold as a ’peated porter’. Brune trouble tirant sur le cuivré, col crémeux. Arôem est malté renforcé par le grillé, léger fini levure en rétro avec rien en terme de note tourbée. Palais est malté, léger café et grillé, effervescence moyenne voire haute. Pointe de chocolat avec un tourbé qui si il est présent se fait bcp trop discret. Fini est sec, pointe de moka? amertume reste en retrait laissant peu de place aux houblons. Je note surtout un fini malté proche de cara, et malt anglais.
