Birra ad alta fermentazione di ispirazione americana. Di colore ambrato e schiuma persistente, l’utilizzo abbondante dei luppoli Cascade e Simcoe sia in bollitura che in dry hopping conferisce al naso sentori agrumati e resinosi che si ritrovano presto anche in bocca dopo un’apertura dolce data dai malti.

Draft at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours brilliant intense gold with very fine white foam. Aroma is delicate citrus and caramel. Body is average, with moderate carbonation. Taste is moderately bitter but with good sweetness. Finish is average.

Can thank you daniele. Almost a gush, over foamed hazy ancient golden pour. Nose: under-fermented aroma, rich amber malty, floral a bit zesty. Mouth: again lively yeast notes, bitter and inconsistent overall. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft sample @ Birra Expo’14 Piacenza. Orangée, col fin blanc. Arôme est fruité tropical, léger houblonné modéré Palais est malté, léger, fruité discret tirant sur un tropical qui reste pour le moins trop discret. Le malt vient balancer le tout sans pour cela amener la bière sur une autre dimension gustative. Amertume reste discrète avec une petite note résineuse de Simcoe. ok, mais sans plus.

Handpump at La Belle Alliance, Milan
Clean amber color with creamy head. Malt aroma, sweet, with some fruit jam. Smooth, with soft carbonation ; sweetish malt and toffee flavor, with good bitterness level and good fruity hops, apricot jam; somehow more resiny in the final.
Very good.

ambrata buona schiuma piuttosto persistente leggero agrumato amaro medio leggera nota maltata leggero etilico
