Stile Blanche. Dall’aspetto velato e colore giallo paglierino. Brassata con l’utilizzo del nostro malto pils e frumento marchigiano. Le caratteristiche note speziate date dal coriandolo e dal cardamomo la rendono molto fresca e dissetante. Montelago è una linea di birre nata in collaborazione con il “Montelago Celtic Festival”.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Pale yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is spruce, citrus and some mild earthy tones. Flavour is spruce, some citrus, earthy and some mild yeast.

[ As Il Mastio Litha ].
ABV: 5.2%. Light cloudy medium to light yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, witbier yeast, coriander. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, witbier yeast, fruity yeast, coriander, wheat. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20210723]

Stor flaksa från SB. Disig ljusgul vätska med medelhögt vitt skum. Kyddig doft med koriander, örter, jäst och vete. Frisk och krispig, mycket lätt och lättdrucken. Lite annorlunda kryddning. Det står kardemumma på etiketten men jag tänker snarare pors och älggräs. Trevlig sommaröl.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Cloudy pale golden, rich head. Aroma of orange peel and white bread. Dryish with very light body and crisp mouthfeel. White bread, cardamom and citrus. Low bitterness. Very mild, very light. Refreshing hot weather beer.

Bottle from Systembaolget. Classic wit flavours with lemon, coriander coming through. It feels somewhat disjointed. It was however pretty ans very fresh, exactly what I needed to celebrate my first half marathon.

330ml bottle, L 0820, from Vinmonopolet Nettbutikk. Shared with Finn. Patchy white head over a golden body with a wheat haze. Spotty lacing. Moderate aromas of spiced citrus fruits. Okay taste character of ripe lemon, coriander and a light ginger note, backbone of wheat. Mid-sweet fruity finish. Accepted. (Bergstua, Malangen 28.10.2020).
