Draft sample @ Birra Expo’14 Piacenza. Acajou, fin beige.

Draught at B.O.A., Ostia
Dark chestnut color, with creamy head. Mild but nice aroma of malt, caramel, some oxidisation, light esters. Full bodied, with smooth mouthfeel; good caramel flavor with accents of chocolate; correct bitterness; light esters from the yeast.
Very pleasant.
