From cask. Pours hazy orange with a small off white head. Grapefruity. Bitter, fruity and toasted malty. Bitter, grapefruity and light toasted. Lasting grapefruity hoppy finish.

Cask @ BQ 44, Milano. Ambrée-cuivrée, col épais crémeux blanc cassé. Arôme est fruité sur un léger côté tropical et un houblonné de Cascade. Petite note pain en rétro nasal. Palais est léger en effervescence avec le profil cask bien présent. Malté caramel ponctué par ce côté houblonné citronné et herbacé mais également un fruité d’agrumes de pamplemousse. La levure sur la fin donne un caractère carapils assez poudreux. Reste correcte mais sans plus.

Hazy amber color with copper reflex; big creamy head, persistent. Nice aroma of hop flowers, a bit sweaty; deep. Smooth mouthfeel, good play of malt and caramel, quite dry, with a resiny hopping, leading to a final that is bold and also astringent.
A darker version of APA, with American hopping and English yeast harsh character.
