Bouteille 75cl split 5 ways with the Unper100 crew, Fiera Forli beerfest pre-tasting. BB 31-01-2015, lot# 165. Cuivrée-ambrée, col blanc cassé. Arôme est houblonné modéré laissant peu en terme de caractère. Le malt reste également léger avec un petit côté caramel. Palais est malté dark-crystal et léger caramel. Houblonné tirant sur un léger épicé finissant sur une pointe fruité rouge. Amertume fleuri avec en fin de bouche une petite note agrumes - pamplemousse.

ambrata bella schiuma buona persistenza naso agrumato buon maltato in bocca inizio maltoato leggermente tostato caramello poi luppoli amareicai un po di lievito
