Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso l'orzo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto velato. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è normale e permane in maniera sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, frutta secca, erbaceo e agrumi.

Draft @ Fiera della Birra di Ferrara, Nov 2013. Dorée, col blanc moyen. Arôme est malté, houblonné tirant sur des effluves allemandes avec un bouquet assez simple fleuri. Palais est malté, pointe d’amertume restant dans un style assez européens noble. Basique mais ok.

Light light unclear medium yellow orange color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, creamy old malt, light to moderate hoppy, citrus, moderate yeasty, vegetable notes. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100307]

Golden color; creamy head. Light hop aroma. Smooth, quite malty, bitter enough (well, not too much), but desperately missing hop aromas, and a bit too high alcohol feeling.
