Draft @ Fiera della Birra di Ferrara, Nov 2013 courtesy of the Olmo crew. Orangée, col blanc cassé. Arôme offre un bouquet profond de malté caramel qui arrive en dominant. Le tout est accompagné de bonnes notes de houblons laissant des pointes d’agrumes en rétro-nasal ainsi que d’un léger bouquet pin résineux. Palais est houblonné plus dans un style dry hopping. Malt caramel presque sucre brun doux. Une ambrée qui ici tire pas mal vers une DIPA avec un malté que je trouve généreux et bien placé. Le tout est assez sec avec un profil agrumes agréable, palais épais-levure avec un niveau alcool qui finit par se ressentir.
