It is red as red should be, it is ale as ale should be. Colourful in flavour, easy and outgoing. Look into his eyes, this boss is scary to the bone. Redhead will hypnotize you and take over your mind. Believe it, there can only be one hen in the red ale department. Redhead is in the house, we double dare you to try the Redhead.

Cask at the Fiddler. Clear Amber with tiny white head. Sweet malts, licorice, light spicy yeast, caramel. Quite dry feel with low carbonation. Ok, nice complexity here but a bit flat and slightly musty.

From tap tasted on 17/05/2014. Typical red/amber colour with a little, almost inexistent, head. Medium bodied. A little acid. Sweet malt. Tasting this beer is a good form to miss Ireland. Next one please!

Cask at the brewpub
Hazy amber color with creamy head. Immediate smell of yeast. Nothing compared to the strong baker’s yeast flavor; it’s medium-smooth in the front, a bit astringent in the final; it has very light malt flavor, and light sweetness; rather low bitterness. Not a Bitter.
A mess that should not be on sale.
