An inspired hybrid that blurs the boundaries between IPA and Amber styles. The exceptional blend of American hops (including the harder-to-find Horizon variety) gives it an intense pine, citrus and earthy character in the nose and on the tongue.

12 ounce bottle thanks to khoffman43. Pours a clear ruby color with a medium tan head. A nice nose of floral hops and caramel. The flavor is a sweet earthy caramel malt with light floral hops, a light bitter finish. Good.

12oz bottle. Amber-brown body, fluffy off-white head. A pretty respectable Amber ale all the way, nicely balanced. Steady caramel amber malt tones, balanced by a respectable melon tinged hop bill. Really nails the style, this is a beer many a brewpub should be envious of. Still grounded in mid-macro Summitiness, this is a surprise nonetheless. Recommended for amber lovers.
