Capped 500 that Liz brought back from the brewery. Pours clear amber with a large foamy beige head. Aroma has a lot of holiday aspects - cinnamon, ginger, zest and more. Med body or better. Flavor is light toffee base supporting all those holiday aspects in the aroma and likely more. Nice that the ginger is strong enough to survive the cinnamon.

Half liter bottle from Ale Yeah, Roswell. Pours a clear copper color with a large foamy tan head. Good head retention. Aroma of bready, buttery malts, mild citrus and a spicy finish. The taste is bready malts, citrus, apple juice, spice. Medium bodied. Solid.

Cool squat Red Rock half liter bottle courtesy of douglas88. It pours clear brilliant copper with off white head. The aroma is full of varied spices, caramel malts, prunes, peaches, red apples, cinnamon, nutmeg and more spices. Smells spicy heavy. The taste is full of flavor with various winter spices noted in the nose along with some slick sweet malts and mild sweet caramel notes in the background. All these spices don’t seem to want to come together as it seems a bit jumbled to my palate.
