L’avantage de cette dernière est que je n’ai pas senti ce goût amer de malt et houblon pilsner que bcp de ces bières allemandes offrent. Au goût, le houblon est léger tout comme le palais. Le côté malt caramel reste bien en avant, avec une fine couche de malt chocolaté. Je goûte des fruits, penchants plus sur la poire, prune. L’effervescence au palais est moyenne. Cette bière finit plus malt que celles auxquelles je suis habitué, ce qui est tout en son honneur.

Pours clear deep gold to copper with light tan head. The light aroma is malty sweetness that has hints of fruitiness like dates and un-ripe banana. The malts also smell somewhat caramel like along with a faint spiciness. The flavor is similar with a short blast of malt sweetness up front followed quickly by date and slight banana fruitiness. Midway the malts show up again with chewy pale maltiness then a bit of caramel followed by faint spiciness. Very nice intro into the fall season.
