Fles op vakantie in Frankrijk geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een troebel geel bier met een volle witte schuimkraag welke snel weg ebt. Het heeft een aroma van mout en gist met een hint citrus. De smaak is fris, citrus achtig met een bananensmaak in de afdronk.

As with previous beers, keeps a good Hefe style due to the yeast strain. aroma is yeasty, malty with some musty aromas, possibly some vegetables, concentrated fruits; apple. Flavors, yeasty, wheat, esters with a lingering yeasty palate and banana, some roasted malt character, musty. It could be a nice beer, but I think all of them tend to have the German yeast overpower most of the character. I get the idea of the brews, but this Hefe yeast palate brings the score a little lower for the beer.
