Lots of pressure on the cork, no gusher. pours cloudy golden, thick white head. aroma, weird combo that I got, from vegetal, to herbal some medicinal plants, mint leaves and blossom, something in the nose I can’t remember as a spice. Touch of yeast, at times hinting at fermented tea leaves. flavors, light palate, yeasty, honey is subtle and I am not sure how ’gelée royale’ changes the palate, light sediments, touch of spices and a medium carbonation. Some grassy notes and honey blossom mouthfeel. Interesting, and I still can’t figure out which spice is used in this brew.
