Bottle Thanks to Jake65 Pours out dark brown topped with a tan head. Aroma is of roast malts, brown sugar, smoke, and some chocolate. Taste is more of the malts, sweetness, pit fruit, and a nice smoke finish.

bomber. pours dark brown, thin beige head. aroma of light smoke and malts, dark fruits, brown sugar, plums. flavors, smoked malts, some lingering caramelized sugar, mild chocolate, thin palate and medium carbonation. Enjoyed the mix of porter mouthfeel with a touch of smoke, though the smoke could have been a little more forward.

Bottle - thanks to secret santa 2009. Very dark brown pour with a thin tan head. Enjoyable aroma with roast, chocolate, and light smoke. The smoke is heavier in the flavor, with some chocolate, and molasses added into the mix. Fun.

A tall, long lasting tan head crowns this dark brown brew that shows ruby highlights at the edges. Caramel predominates the aroma, supported by coffee and chocolate notes from the malts. Sweet start that doesn’t get too overly so, coffee and chocolate making their appearance, then ending with a dry finish.
