100% BRETT FERMENTED.
Technically, this is neither an ale nor a lager. The base recipe is for a Golden Ale, but we do the primary fermentation with 100% brettanomyces. The brett gives it some sour notes but not as much as if it had been aged with lacto and pedio. It’s rather refreshing on a warm day!

Draught at the Brewery, almost no head, clear pale yellow color, aroma of apple and leather and a hint of minerals in the back, aplle spicy flavor with hints of funk, rubber and dairy, light sourness. Very good and enjoyable.

Fresh tangerine, strong grapefruit bretta. Pours golden orange with ok head and lacing. Sharp snappy finish. Very lambic feel here - comes together very well. Bottle in Philly.

This bear was made with great care. No lacto aroma like a sour. Very malty with some saltiness. A Belgian golden that has been left in the sun.
