After brewing and fermentation, CH’TI beers are kept for long weeks in storage tanks. In the calm and cool (0°C) environment, the beer matures, develops a finer taste, perfects its aroma and acquires its natural and characteristic sparkles. It is here also that the beer obtains its balance, finesse and gleam. The Ambrée is brewed since 1986.

# 3489; 2/2023. As Ch'ti Ambrée L'Originale, alc. 6,2 %. Malty, toasty, light fruity and spicy aroma. Brilliant amber body; persistent off-white head. Malty, biscuit, light spicy. Very good biére de garde. 0,75 l, bottle, supermarket, Grande-Synthe (Flanders, France).

opalescent reddish amber colour, medium sized creamy beige-ish ecru head, which lasts for several minutes; aroma of dried apricot and pear, grainy, some caramel and minimal orange peel notes; taste has the same notes as can be felt in the aroma with some hoppy bitterness; correct one

A dark reddish copper ale with a thin creamy lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with light grassy hops, light chalky notes, ok. In mouth, sweet caramel malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, light treacle, OK. On tap at Le Gabilot.

Color - red with an amber tint. High head. Fruity aroma with apples and some caramel. Malty hints. Some melanoidins and raisins are present. Rather high sweetness, very low bitterness. Slightly sour. Medium body, slick in mouth. Medium carboantion.

5/8/2020. Bottle from Beers of Europe. Poured clear pale amber/copper with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma of toffee, dried fruit, malt, citrus and caramac bar. Medium sweetness and light to moderate bitterness. Medium body, slight creamy texture, average carbonation. Fruity and a little watery to finish. Overall enjoyable and a little bit surprised by this one.
