750ml bottle pours out a hazy straw topped a long lasting white head. Nose is sour yeast wine barrel notes and some grape. Taste is more of the sour tart and a nice tart end.

Bottle thanks to Ben, shared with others! Poured a cloudy pale gold with an amber hue and a white head that lasted throughout the beer. Aroma was full of funk with a horse blanket note supported by sweet grains and a nice port note. Flavor was similar with funk and sweet grains n a great port note at the finish.

Courtesy of douglas88. Pours clear deep gold with near white head. The aroma is a mix of tart green apples, pears, some berry sweetness, mild funk and some tartness rounding things out. The taste has full notes of apples, pears, apricots and some sweet berries mixing with lesser amounts of tartness and funk hovering around over the top of the fruitiness. Tasty stuff.

2010 750ml bottle, #103. Aged in French Oak Casks
Appearance: Slightly hazy golden/straw with a nice creamy white head and lots of lacing left in the glass
Aroma: Floral, Belgian candy and citrus
Taste: Belgian candy, oak, earthy and some hop bitterness in the finish
This is a good beer. Easy drinkability, the alcohol is well hidden. Very crisp, dry and clean.
This is a beer that is released yearly. I have not had any from previous years, but from the reviews it sounds like it is getting better every year they brew it.

courtesy of wasatch. Highly underrated beer. Pours golden cloudy, white head. Aroma of barrel oak, some brett and funk, yeasty, fruity light notes of vanilla. Flavor, some funk, wood chips /oak, vanilla, yeasty. Keeps the whole character of a Belgian ale, yeast, wood, some sweet honey flavor.

22oz bottle-pours a tight white head and hazy gold color. Aroma is yeast-bready, fruit-apricot/banana, pepper, some grassy, wood. Taste is sweet light malt/bready, followed by white wine vinegar/lemon, pepper, alcohol, some fizziness. Interesting. Thanks jwc215&wasatch for picking this one out.
