Tap at the brewery. Pours hazy straw color with not much nose. Tastes of light wheat, wet grass, light fruits, no hops, slight herbal. Not my favorite of day

Draught at the brewery on January 30, 2011As part of a sampler plateCloudy yellow color, white head. Served with a piece of orange. Yeast, malty, bitter taste. Medium to moussy mouthfeel, low but noticable dry bitterness. Dry, malty, some citrus scent.

tap pours hazy gold with a medium white head. Thin wheat and lemon nose. Refreshing lemon and watery wheat. Just seems too thin.

Stronger initial flavor blast. Cloudy pale beer. A little more personality than I care for in a wheat, I guess that’s why it’s a wheat ale. Smell is quite wheaty. Comes across a little stronger than 5%. Good overall carbonation. Glad to have had the chance to taste this. Had it at the Dunedin Brewery.

draft @ Dunedin. Pours hazy golden, thin white head. Aroma of wheat and some light citrus hops aroma. Flavor, thick grainy; wheat palate with some lingering citrus hop elements.

Bottle from Santa - cloudy golden pour with a few suspended particles - aroma of lemons and wheat, and not much else - very acidic, tart, citrus flavor, with thin body and little going on, making it taste more like seltzer with lemon in it than a beer - almost completely watery finish - say hello to my septic system, beer.

Gold color with slight haze and small white head. Highly carbonated beer. The aroma is much like the flavor. Wheat and malt combine with sweet fruit and at the same time sour yeast component. The beer is a bit watery and on the low gravity side. But the flavors do meld nicely to yield a refreshing hot-muggy summer day beer.
