From tap at Borefts ’15. Aroma of red fruits, tart cherry, huge oak, caramel, sweet Brandy, vinegar, booze. Flavour is very sweet and moderate to medium sour. Sticky with a full body. Definitely interesting and powerful, huge oak and Brandy from the barrel aging, but the alcohol and sweetness are a bit overwhelming.

Dark brown. No head. Very fruity aroma. Seems like some spicy notes behind the, thankfully mild, cherry flavour.

Keg at BBF 7, Bodegraven, 25/09/15. Murky mahogany brown with floaties/fruit rinds bobbing around ... not a looker ! Nose carries big barell notes, tobacco, spice, earthy, booze fumes, dark fruit rinds, cherry skins. Taste comprises malt, dirt, toffee, cherry, booze stained wood. Full bodied, fine carbonation, booze licks and tarte fruit in the close. Ok barell affair, fairly complex.
