Keg at the Coronado Island taproom, 13/11/14. Clear pale blonde with a moderate off white swirl and edgeing. Nose is yeast esters, clove, lemon rind, spice, corriander. Taste comprises banana, yeast, candied fruit, lemon rind. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok hefe.

Sample at the brewery. Pours cloudy orange, white head. Aroma / taste, hoppy, some spices, saaz hops, metallic finish with some yeast, and light citrus hops.

(11/5/08) Draught sample at the brewpub in Coronado. Cloudy orange color, served with a slice of lemon. Weak aroma with a bit of wheat and fruity esters. Sweetish flavor with yeast, some fruits, and a slightly bitter finish with some hoppy hints. Light to medium body.
