Bottled. An unclear yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of brettanomyces , lacto, wheat, lemon, and yeast. The flavor is a bit sweet with strong notes of lemon, as well as medium notes of brettanomyces, malt, wood, and straw, leading to a tart and bitter finish.

Bottle shared by James, thanks! Poured a hazy gold with a white head that dissipated completely. Aroma had a tone of funk with just a bit of underlying floral and tart notes. Flavor was quite dry with funk and a floral backing. There was a slight tart undertone as well.

Another ill hookup from hoppmeal, thanks Derek. Bomber pours with a clear golden color and a small head. Aroma is bretty and buggy, lightly goat-oil but lighter and sweeter. It has a bit of a woody-polish aspect as well. Taste losses any of the goat oil aspects. It is more like a sweet and sour apple. It has a very fizzy mouthfeel. Overall the wild aspects work great in the beer. I need to revisit this again.

FRO Throwdown: Bright yellow with hazy. Funky, leathery. Hay, barn loft nose. Light, tart with banana. Easy, refreshing wheaty finish.
